3D/3D Fusion Interventional Radiography Cardiac & Vascular Please refer to manual for complete system capability 1. Prior to the day of the exam (if possible) Import existing CT/MR/PET scan and load into InSpace tab. Post process  with VOI punching ("cut away" any unnecessary information) and save as a Bookmark Example: EVAR: Cut away everything except the aorta, bilateral renal arteries, bilateral iliac arteries and bilateral hypogastric arteries. 2. Day of the exam Load in CT/MR/PET dataset from above step into the InSpace tab.  Perform a low dose 5sDR spin. This spin will be used for bony landmarks  to fuse/merge with the open CT/MR/PET dataset. This will automatically load into the InSpace tab and you will be able to go directly to Fusion from here. Click on the Fusion icon in the Tools subtask card of the InSpace tab.  Select Manual or Auto Registration to superimpose the two datasets. Two InSpace/DynaCT volumes can be fused as well. iPilot Live and Dynamic, iGuide Needle Guidance, etc. can be used independently of Fusion on cases that don't have an existing CT/MR/PET scan.
