Adding a New Isotope to the MI Applications Isotope List All Symbia Systems Description: This step by step document will assist the user of E.cam and Symbia SPECT and SPECT/CT systems in adding a single new isotope in the Energy Preset Isotope List. 1. On the Command Module, select and open an acquisition workflow, or the Tuning work- flow. 2. Pause the workflow, and select the acquisition/Tune workflow activity 3. Open the Presets drop-down menu, and click New Item. 5. For Window Group A, type the name of the isotope to be created. (example: Y-90) 6. Click on Add New Energy Window icon. Enter in the Window Center (keV) and Window Width (%). If you are not making a Lower Scatter window, skip to step 12. 9. For lower Scatter for CTAC, select Window Group B, and click on the Add Energy Window icon. 10. Select Lower Scatter, and choose A1 as Parent in the drop-down. 11. Enter the name of the preset under New Preset Name. Please be aware that spaces and special characters will be rejected. Recommend using underscores instead of spaces. 12. Click OK. 13.
