Perform the shutdown procedure 2. Open the front cover and secure it in position 3. Locate the sample rotor 4. Unlock the sample rotor by pressing the latch in the hole on the left side of the rotor 5. Turn the rotor door clockwise 6. Using a cotton-tipped applicator swab moistened with distilled water, clean the bottom of the Wash head Caution: Do not remove the Wash head because of the risk of injury 7. Turn the sample rotor door back to from the aspiration needle. the default position and close cover 8. Separate the surfaces of the Shear Prime all Prime Lyse- Prime 5P diluent valve by sliding the upper disc off Fill Show MS On- 5. Gently clean the surfaces of the Fill Screen Keyboard Show Shear valve, housing, tubing connections, as well as outside of the Touchscreen Touchscreen Reset calibration AutoSampler Reset valve 6.
