Troubleshooting Preheater Jams Video
This video provides instructions on how to troubleshoot preheater jams on the ADVIA Centaur® XPT system.
a preheater jam after the mechanics have been turned off, use the key to unlock the top cover and then lift the cover open. Remove the reagent probes cover. Loosen the thumb screw on the preheater cover. Remove the preheater cover and remove any jammed key vets. Ensure that there are 14 Q vets in the preheater and that the Q vets do not overlap. Replace the preheater cover and tighten the thumbscrew.
