ADVIA® Chemistry XPT System Cleaning Dilution Tray Cuvettes Video

This video provides instructions on how to clean the dilution tray cuvettes. This is required maintenance every 2 months on the ADVIA® Chemistry XPT System.

clean the dilution trach you vets first, prepare 1.5 liters of 5% probe. Wash three solution, diluted with deionized water. Put the system into standby mode. Open the top left cover. Unlock and open the DP and SPP noise reduction covers. Remove the six cuvet segments on the dilution tray. By first unfastening the two dilution Cuvette thumb screws. Then grasp the cubit section by the tab and remove the cubit section from the dilution tray. Turn the dilution tray by hand until all of the qubits are iaccessible. Immerse the cuvet segments in 5% probe. Wash three solution. Ensure there are no air bubbles in the queue. Vets leave the qubits immersed for at least 10 hours. Then wash the qubits under running water and then rinse well in D ionized water. Drain the water from the queue vets. Once the cuvet segments are thoroughly dried, then install the cuvet segments on the dilution tray and fasten the thumb screws by hand. Ensure that the wash solutions are in the correct locations. Refer to the online operators guide. Then turn the switch in the front of the system all of the way to the right to bring the system into operate mode. Select system operations. Select, initialize. Verified that the operating mode field displays ready before performing any further actions. Select system operations. Select wash. Select shutdown, wash. Select perform. Select OK. To complete the procedure, close all covers.
