Remove the cap from the waste water drain tube and place the discharge tube in a container 3. Open the drain valves to drain 4. Select Maintenance > Schedule > Drain Vacuum Tank and Degasser 5. Select Perform 1 6. Replace the caps and return the tubes to original location 7. Close the door 8. Close the drain valves 9. Select System Operations > Initialize to return the system to READY HILS00001312 Effective Date: 12/22/2014 Monthly Maintenance – Clean the Large Water Pump Line Filter Note: Refer to the ADVIA Chemistry XPT Online Help Guide for full instructions. 1. Remove the Pure Water Bottle to access the Large Water Pump (LWP) line filter 2. Place a cloth and a container under the filter case to catch residual water 3. Unscrew the filter case to the left and remove 4. Clean the inside of both filter case and mesh filter with a brush 5. Rinse each with deionized water and dry with a lint-free cloth 6. Reinstall the mesh filter inside the filter case and reattach the filter case 7. Return the pure water bottle to its original location 8. Connect all tubes 9. Turn on the LWP 10.Prime the fluid lines 11.Set the water pump pressure, if required, to 68kPa HILS00001312 Effective Date: 12/22/2014
