Prostate MR Confirmation Workflow AI-Rad Companion The AI-Rad Companion Prostate MR extension provides quantitative and qualitative information, such as the prostate volume and manually segmented lesions based on prostate MR DICOM images. Prerequisites: Software version VA20A and later - Images must be acquired with 3T or 1.5T MR systems with an endo-rectal or body coil - Patients age ≥ 18 years old - T2 Turbo Spin Echo or T2 SPACE is needed for prostate segmentation - Image data must be free from severe artifacts due to implants or motion causing - degradation of image quality Patients who have not undergone partial prostate resection or prostatectomy - Please note: Enhanced MR images are not supported. After activating the Prostate MR extension, you can view and review the segmentation results in the Result Preview. The 2D segment displays the automatic segmentation of the prostate gland, provided by the deep learning algorithm. 2. The result table on the right side lists the slices where the prostate contours and manually added lesions are available. The placeholder Creating new lesion is displayed in the results table on the right side. Double click to complete the contour. The new lesion contour is displayed as a dotted line. Each dot can be adjusted before confirming the lesion. c) For lesions that span several slices the contour needs to be created for each slice separately. Complete your contour creation by selecting the Confirm button below the 2D image. d) After creating and confirming a lesion, you can return to editing a lesion. Select the lesion in the table on the right and click on the edit button. After adjusting the contour click Confirm. You can edit the prostate segmentation as well as any lesion you have created. b) A white- dotted line will appear at the 2D segment image and you can move the dots to adjust the contour line. The correction only corrects the current slice and is not a 3D correction. c) Select Confirm V to save the new contour. Click the Delete button. 3. After completing the editing, you can accept or decline the results by clicking the button corresponding to your decision. a) Click Decline All if you disagree with the findings. They will be marked as declined in the Results list, will be deleted and will not be sent to the PACS. Decline All Send to PACS b) If you made all your decisions on the findings, click the Send to PACS button. The patient case will be closed, and the series will be sent to the PACS.
