For a BOX Annotation: Click the Icon next to the (ABC) Icon, then move the mouse into the screen, Click and Drag the mouse to create a box in the area of interest. See Figure (2) 4. For ARROW Annotations: Click the (ARROW) Icon, then move the mouse into the screen, Click and drag the mouse to draw an arrow. Make a Copy of the Waveform with Annotation by hitting the F13 key on the keyboard. 6. Open MS Word using the (Flying Windows) key>Programs>Microsoft Office>MS-Word 2007. See Figure (3) 7. Paste the (Screen Copy) into the open word document. 8. Insert a "Virus Free" USB drive in the Sensis DMC computer. (Left PC Tower) 9. Save the Word document to the inserted USB drive. 10. Before removing the USB drive from the DMC computer, Click the eject USB Icon located at the bottom right area of the screen. See figure (4) *NOTE: Only USB drives known to be virus free should be used.
