Filter options include module or analyzer, error code or error type such as Yellow Warning and Red Error and Sample ID. After selecting a filter, select the checkmark to confirm your action. Select Next to continue. 3 Error Explanation   Select the error for further explanation.   Select Next to continue.Select the error to view further information about it. Select Next to continue. 4 Explain Function Allows the operator to input a specific error code Opens Error Message window for that code  Select Next to continue.     To locate information regarding a specific error code, select the "Explain" button at the lower left. Select Next to continue.5 Error Message Window Details are displayed Select the Show Help button to see complete error recovery information  Select Next to continue.     The error message window opens displaying the error code, message, type and error recovery steps. To view complete details, select the "Show Help" button at the bottom of the window. Select next to continue. 6 Show Help   The Show Help button displays all steps of the error recovery process. When complete, select the X in the upper-right corner to close the window and continue.The Help view shows all the steps for the error recovery process for that error code. To do so, select the Samples button, then select the Clear Search button to remove previous selections. Select Next to continue.5 Enter the Sample ID  Enter the Sample ID using the keyboard Select the checkmark to confirm Select Next to continue. Enter the Sample ID using the pop-up keyboard. To do so, select the keyboard icon to the right of the Sample field and use the keyboard buttons to type entries. When the Sample ID has been entered, select the checkmark to confirm. Select Next to continue. 6 Samples screen displays Sample information and error display Select the Sample ID and then the checkmark to continue  Select Next to continue. The Samples screen displays the results of your sample search including the error. Select the Sample ID to highlight it and then select the checkmark. Select Next to continue.7 Access the Error Code Explanation window   Select the Error code to open the Error Code Explanation window.   Select Next to continue.   The Sample ID and the Error code now appear at the top of the window. Select the Error code to access the Error Code Explanation window. Select Next to continue. 8 Error Code Explanation window Displays error type and error recovery information Complete each step to resolve the error Select the Recovery button for step by step instructions Select Next to continue.   The Error Code Explanation window contains details about the sample error including the Error Type and the Error Recovery steps. To start the step by step guided recovery procedure, select the Recovery button and follow the instructions. Select Next to continue. 9 Reload the sample, if appropriate   If the error is resolved, reintroduce the sample to the system.       When complete, select the X in the upper-right corner to close the window and continue.If the error has been resolved, you may reintroduce the sample to the system. Bear in mind that not all sample errors will be resolved. This will depend on the error that is present and the condition of the sample. External -  A main disconnect switch located near the system that turns off the power. Controlled power shutdown Learn how to perform a controlled power shutdown and restart. Remove tubes from RSM worktableHTML If necessary for sample integrity, manually remove the sample tubes from the Refrigerated Storage Module worktable.    RSM database after power restoreHTML   Once the power is restored to the Refrigerated Storage Module, any tube removed from the worktable must be removed from the database. To do so, select Overview > Storage > Status > Remove Tube. Enter the sample ID of the tube and select the checkmark. Do this for all tubes that were manually removed. Centrifuge database after power restoreHTML   Once the power is restored to the Aptio system, sample tubes removed from the Centrifuge Module must be removed from the database. The Clear Tubes command will clear all samples that had been diverted to the Centrifuge Module, but did not complete processing. To clear all tubes, select Overview > Centrifuge Module > Status > Clear Tubes. Confirm your request. When complete, select the X in the upper-right corner to close the window and continue.
