Artis Systems VD12: Post-processing Touchscreen Control Video

This video explains how to post-process 2D images using the buttons on the touchscreen control (TSC) and the mouse joystick.

Welcome to the Artis 2D postprocessing on the touch screen control TSC video. In this video you will learn how to post process 2D images using the buttons on your touchscreen control and the mouse joystick. With windowing you can adapt the image to display the grayscale region of interest with optimal contrast and brightness conditions. To window images, select the window button in the image task card. On the touch screen control TSC. Deflect the mouse joystick to adjust the window values to adjust the window center image brightness, deflect the joystick up and down. To adjust the window width, image contrast, deflect the joystick left and right. To reset the window values, press home with the left mouse button on the mouse joystick. To close windowing, press confirm with the right button on the mouse joystick. You can also adjust the edge enhancement, select the edge enhancement button. Deflect the mouse joystick up to apply more edge enhancement. Down to apply less edge enhancement. To reset the edge enhancement values, press on the left mouse button on the mouse joystick. To set the electronic shutter, press on the shutter button in the image task card on the touch screen TSC, if configured in the layout, deflect the mouse joystick to adjust the shutter edges. Deflect the joystick to the right to close the left and right shutters. Deflect the joystick to the left to open the left and right shutters. Deflect the joystick down to close the upper and lower shutters. Deflect the joystick up to open the upper and lower shutters.
