Title: ArtPix EZ2GO 3.10.01 Using Capture Data XPRF If the user experiences Image artifacts or Image Quality issues, “Capture Data” is used to gather specific Image Data immediately after accepting the Image in question. To use “Capture Data”, follow the below steps: 1. Within the ArtPix Application, in any screen, click on the “External Tools” icon. 2. Then Click on “Capture Data”. In the box, “User Remarks Complains”, type a description of the problem that occurred at the time of the incident. Under “Choose Common Report Type”, choose the type of report to capture. o Selecting the option of “Last image quality”, is ideal as it auto selects all content. 5. Under the “Report Content” section, select all items: “Patient repository”, “System settings”, and “Log files”. 6. Under the “Capture Destination” section, select “Hard Disk” to store the data. To the right of the “Hard Disk”, click on the ellipses (…) and save to the d:\BckupDir. o The File Name can be renamed if desired. o Click “OK”. 7. Click Capture to Save.
