ArtPix EZ2Go 3.10 System Settings and QA

Welcome to the Artpix easy to go System settings, an QA function training for the superuser. This training will focus on the system settings an customer specific customization of the tablet. Further, this training will cover reject analysis reporting. By the end of this module, the learner will be able to navigate the different areas for system configurations with the three point 10 software utilized and make desired changes to the system configurations layout and use the reject analysis reporting function. The settings icon is where all user settings are located. To access these, select the settings icon. Note manipulation of these configurations may be restricted to specific user profiles. The general dropdown contains information related to the region and language settings, as well as unit preference and date format. The DICOM dropdown contains settings for printing archive storage and worked less nodes as well as configurations for image export to a USB device. To create a new node, select the desired node type, print store MWL. Select the plus button to add the new node. Enter the appropriate hospital specific network node information. And press save wouldn't finished. To configure export device settings for USB, select export device and make the desired changes. Then select save when finished. Note the default settings are initially displayed. The hospital dropdown contains settings specific to the facility Select Hospital name, an logo to customize, the hospital name, and tablet logo design. Select hospital referring physicians to input a list of physician names. Select hospital reject analysis to customize the list of reject reasons utilized during patient exams. Available Wi-Fi networks are viewed via the hospital Wi-Fi settings. To create, edit or delete user profiles, select hospital users. New users are created by selecting the plus icon, entering the user specific information, and defining the user type. Note, fields with an* are required. An passwords must contain a minimum of four characters. Hospital user types can be configured by adding or deleting a user types or editing existing user types. Access rights. The facility specific exam names are configured via hospital examination names. This section is where the user can import, add, or delete exam names specific to the facility. The registration dropdown contains settings for the patient registration mode. Auto query settings. And barcode reader search criteria. The study dropdown contains settings specific to performing an exam. Predefined labels houses groups of text annotations as well as the ability to modify the labels within the groups. These groups are later assigned to body parts. The list of examinations configures the body parts and views that are assigned to hospital specific exams. To configure view specific information such as view name, technical factors, or image rotation, select the body part settings. The dropdown determines the selected body part. The individual views are determined by selecting this specific tab. Within each body part, the user can modify their suggested technical factors based on the body size selected during the exam. The user can also specify view name, image rotation, patient orientation and maximum exposure time as well as the desired processing set. To create a new View, select the Plus tab and enter the desired configurations. To create a reject analysis report, select the external tools icon on the main screen of the application. Then reject analysis report. The user can then specify the information and date ranges needed. Once the information and filters are applied, select generate report. A report will then be created and displayed in PDF format, which can be exported to a USB drive inserted into the tablet.
