The water is then pulled into the Vent1 and Vent2 channels by the peristaltic pump, and allowed to soak for 1 minute. After the soak, the water from both channels is then pulled through the sample channel to the peristaltic pump gravity waste and immediately followed by 750µl of Std A fluid. System water is then delivered to the sample port by the Dilution arm to rinse the port. The water is filled to the top of the sample port & overflowed to rinse and dissolve any salt crystals that have formed above the 250µl level point, which is the volume used for all sample dilutions. After soaking for 1 minute, the water in the sample port is drained to vacuum waste. The Std A solenoid pump then fills the sample port with 2 strokes of Std A fluid. 3 Effective Date: 3/4/2020| HOOD05162003069268 Unrestricted © Siemens Healthineers, 2020 IMT Troubleshooting Job Aid SIEMENS Healthineers Periodic Maintenance – Advanced Clean Replace IMT Supplies X • Prior to each A-LYTE multisensor replacement an Advanced The IMT Advanced Clean maintenance procedure is due. Perform the following: 1. Try another calibration series 2. Prime IMT fluids 3. Perform IMT maintenance 4. Replace the IMT sensor Note: Refer to Online Help for more information on IMT troubleshooting. 9 Effective Date: 3/4/2020| HOOD05162003069268 Unrestricted © Siemens Healthineers, 2020 SIEMENS Healthineers Please note that the learning material is for training purposes only!
