This job aid provides instructions on how to configure Westgard rules, enter QC lot information and establish moving averages.

Configure QC Information Atellica® Data Manager Configure Westgard Rules for an Instrument 1. From the Command bar, select the Menu icon 2. Navigate to Configuration > Instruments > Instruments  The Instruments tab opens under the Utilities tab 3. From the Command bar, select the Menu icon 2. Navigate to Configuration > Tests > By name  The Tests tab opens under the Utilities tab 3. From the Command bar, select the Menu icon 2. Navigate to Routine > Quality control > QC lots > By name, lot number 3. On the Default QC Lot query window, select OK  The QC Lots tab opens under the Utilities tab 4. Select New 5. Enter the Lot number and Level  The Lot number must match the lot number entered at the instrument 6. Enter the appropriate lot information  The Expiration date must be later than the Start date 7.
