This job aid provides instructions on how to create manual workorders on Atellica Data Manager.

Create a Manual Workorder Atellica® Data Manager Create Patient Orders 1. In Sample Query Browser, select New  Alternatively, the Order Entry window can be accessed from the Command bar by selecting the Menu icon and navigating to Routine > Order Entry 2. Enter Order Entry information  Sample ID, Requesting LIS and Requests are the only required fields 3. Select a priority option from the dropdown list 4. Enter the Collection D/T 5. To enter Requests:  Type in tests by entering the code or mnemonic, separated by commas (no extra spaces). Select Enter on your keyboard  Select tests from a list by double clicking the Requests field and selecting from the Requestables window. Select Select 6. Select OK Note: When entering requests, ensure tests selected from the Requestables window are the same sample type. Right click on the new panel name from the Requestables window 11. Select As Panel requestable > Related > Members 12. Select New 13. Enter or double click the Requestable entry field to add desired tests to the new panel 14. Select OK 15. Repeat steps 13-14 until all panel members are incorporated 16.
