QC Alerts Overview Atellica® Data Manager QC Alerts Tab QC alerts trigger when the QC severity of an assay is of equal or higher value than the value operators specify for the QC severity limit for alerts. Operators can define a QC severity limit that prompts an alert for each test on a system, and designate the severity of the corresponding alert as low, medium, or high:  High severity alerts display as red in the QC Alerts tab A  Medium severity alerts display as orange in the QC Alerts tab  Low severity alerts display as yellow in the QC Alerts tab A When there are unacknowledged QC alerts, the Command bar QC tab turns red and the QC Alerts tab displays a red underscore. When operators acknowledge but do not resolve alerts, the Command bar QC tab displays an alert icon, and the QC Alerts tab displays a red underscore. 8 When operators resolve alerts, both the QC and QC Alerts tab display normally.
