Atellica® Data Manager Software Update Version 1.2

This job aid provides an overview of the Atellica Data Manager system software update version 1.2.

Atellica® Data Manager Software Update Version 1.2 Archive Note: The Archive tab will display on the command bar, even if the feature is not installed. The Archive tab requires additonal system requirements and is not available to all sites. For more information refer to the Atellica Data Manager Release Notes and IT Release Notes. The Atellica Data Manager (DM) archive functionality enables the operator to archive patient results for long-term storage, by moving patient results from the live database to the archive database. Within the Archive tab, operators are able to: • Configure individual patient samples to be archived or purged • Archived samples can be configured to include images, sample documents, and/or graphs • Perform a filtered search of archived patient samples • View archived patient samples • Export archived patient samples • Generate patient sample reports The Archive tab contains the following main areas: A. Filter – enables operators to select criteria to display desired archived samples B. Archived samples list – displays archived samples that contain the filter criteria C. Archive Status section – displays the status of the archive database D. View Details button – displays a detailed list of all related data on a sample E. Printer icon – enables operators to generate a Jasper PDF report of archived patient samples Healthineers Atellica ® Data Manager VM-TST-ADMX A EO Sample Query Browser Review and Edit Archive Traceability Utilities A Filter to '31/10/2019 00:00' tient ID Patient name Patient location Physician ID Collection DIT Creation DIT Aspiration D/T Archiving DIT Status |Sample t ... Traceability can help customers satisfy quality and compliance requirements by identifying which instrument and consumable materials were involved in the generation of a patient’s results. Within the Traceability tab, operators are able to: • Create new lots or replace expired ones • Perform a filtered search of existing lots • Associate lots with test methods • Set the status of lots to active or inactive • Perform a filtered search of patient results • View trace information for patient results • Export trace information for patient results • Define, view, and resolve expiration alerts for reagent, QC, calibration, and consumable lots • Define, view, and resolve trace alerts for reagent, QC, calibration, and consumable lots The new Traceability tab has four main areas of focus: Healthingers Atellica ® Data Manager VM-TST-ADM -ERX A EO Sample Query Browser Review and Edit Qc Archive Traceability Utilities Configuration Patient Results Expiration Alerts Trace Alerts • Configuration – enables the operator to review and manage the status of reagent lots, calibration lots and consumable lots • Patient Results – enables the operator to identify which consumables were involved in the generation of a patient’s results • Expiration Alerts – displays list of soon-to-expire and expired consumables for reagent, QC, calibration and consumable lots • Trace Alerts – optional feature to raise a warning when insufficient trace information is associated with a result SIEMENS Unrestricted | Published by Siemens Healthcare GmbH © Siemens Healthcare GmbH, 2020 Master Template Effective Date: 3/5/2020 | HOOD05162003074494 Healthineers Page 2 of 14 Job Aid | Software Update Version 1.2 Effective Date: 16-Sep-2020 | HOOD05162003126120 Traceability Configuration Enables the operator to review and manage the status of reagent, calibration and other consumable lots.
