If using a spreadsheet program, the operator must save the file in CSV format. • Depending on the country, the spreadsheet program may save the file using decimals instead of commas as delimiters. Without commas as delimiters, the system will fail to import the worklist The worklist file can be imported from a USB or file on the system computer. The worklist file must match the prescribed format (see the following slides for more information). 2 Effective Date: 24-SEP-2020| HOOD05162003127575 Unrestricted © Siemens Healthineers, 2020 Atellica® Solution SIEMENS Healthineers Importing a Worklist NOTE: The information provided in this training document refers to non-carry-over study (non-COS) worklists. For directions on carry-over study (COS) worklists, please refer to Online Help. Importing a Worklist – Worklist File Format The following fields must be included in the worklist file, in the correct order. All fields must be used, but some may be kept blank: • Sample ID • Rack number – can be blank • Tube position – if there is a rack number, if not this must be blank • Test name – cannot be the display name, LIS code, print name, panel test, or ratio test • Replicates – must be 1 or more. Must be 1 for CH tests • Reagent lot number – can be blank • Dilution – enter 0 for no dilution. Add additional rows for multiple dilutions on same sample and test • Specimen type • Analyzer serial number – can be blank (must match the actual serial number, not the friendly name) o If creating the worklist in a spreadsheet program, this cell must contain at least a blank space or the system rejects the worklist. With a blank space in this cell, the system schedules an assay on any available analyzer configured for that assay 3 Effective Date: 24-SEP-2020| HOOD05162003127575 Unrestricted © Siemens Healthineers, 2020 Atellica® Solution SIEMENS Healthineers Importing a Worklist Importing a Worklist – Example of CSV Text File [SampleID],[RackNumber],[TubePosition],[TestName],[Replicates],[ReagentLot],[Dilution],[SpecimenType],[AnalyzerSN] 100,,,CA125,10,903,20,Serum,IH00117 1001,,,COR,1,125,10,Serum,CM01999 1002,1000,A,COR,5,307,50,Plasma, NOTE: The extra commas in the text file are needed for fields that are being left blank. 4 Effective Date: 24-SEP-2020| HOOD05162003127575 Unrestricted © Siemens Healthineers, 2020 Atellica® Solution SIEMENS Healthineers Importing a Worklist Importing a Worklist – Example of Spreadsheet File (must be saved as CSV) Sample ID Rack Number Tube Position Test Name Replicates Reagent Lot Dilution Specimen Type Analyzer Serial Number A B C D E F G H - 1 100 CA125 10 903 20 Serum IH00117 2 1001 COR 1 125 10 Serum CM01999 3 1002 1000 A COR 5 307 50 Plasma NOTE: The spreadsheet will have order data in the first row.
