Display Changes Service Bypass Mode There is an indicator on the module console for Service Bypass mode so you can easily see when it is activated The Operator event log will be easier to focus on important messages as some system logging informational messages have been moved to logging files Operator Event Log Worklist Result Management Results above and below the user defined linearity settings will follow the TDEF decimal setting for more clear result values at the low and high detection limits For more information refer to the bulletin - Atellica CH Test Definition Enhancements 11472896 Rev. 06 2021-03 Display Changes On this slide we will discuss display changes. The service bypass mode change is an indicator on the module to see that the bypass mode is activated. The informational messages are now found in logging files rather than the operator event log. Worklist result management has a change to results that are above and below the user defined linearity settings. ? Display Changes Atellica Asa Application There is an indicator for when a remote session is underway which also offers a close “X” button to terminate the session Asa STAT and Routine Samples screens display reflex tests and add on testing that require user intervention In Cal Needs and QC Needs a button has been added so you can view the Cal-QC Inventory screen. This helps you verify what needs to be loaded for the day A button has been added so that you can stop the banner from turning red for specific samples in Stat and Routine Samples windows Display Changes The display changes on this slide deal with the Atellica Asa application. A close x to terminate the session is now present on Asa for a remote session. Both Asa STAT and Routine Samples screens now display reflex tests and add on testing that require intervention by the user. In both Cal and QC needs a button has been added so you can view the Cal-QC inventory screen. Finally, a button called Ignore has been added so that you can stop the banner from turning red for specific samples in both the Stat and Routine Samples windows. ? Good to Know These items are good to know but do not impact your operator instructions. Select the tab arrows on the right to learn more about these items: CH Reliability IM Reliability System Reliability Asa CH Reliability IM Reliability System Reliability Asa Good to Know Base Audio: These items are good to know but do not impact operator instructions. Select the tab arrows on the right to learn more about these items. Tab One Audio: There are several good to know items pertaining to CH Reliability. For the GLUH_3 assay both the mix speeds and the R2 additions have been reduced. Also, if an operator accidentally selects operator diagnostics during startup a restart is no longer required. There is now a CH Dilution aspiration retry after a dilution aspiration LIS error. The system will retry a single attempt on the same order. While aspirating whole blood on the CH analyzer there is a new sequence which is shown on this slide. Tab Two Audio: IM reliability also has several items. TIp loader alignment is automatic. Also, when a pack is loaded prior to TDEF scan, the system can fix it and the pack is still usable. Cover will now unlock faster when opened. Finally, S channel cuvette jams are now detected and produce an error. Tab Three Audio: System reliability good to knows include resolved processing issues for intermittent sampling. Improved switching from Asa to OT on tablet. 7 backups will be on the system instead of 3. Tab Four Audio: Asa now supports both the Direct Load and Decapper configurations. Asa Supports Direct Load Supports Decapper configurations Note: Select the X at the top of the page to return back to the course System Reliability Intermittent issues with samples loading and unloading from the Sample Handler or Sample Handler Connect have been resolved The function to toggle between the Asa Application and the user interface view on the operator tablet has been improved 7 instances (files) of database backups will be stored on the system, instead of 3. Automatic database backup file is stored daily in PCC F:\USERROOT\Database Backup Note: Select the X at the top of the page to return back to the course IM Reliability Tip loader alignment is automatic and more robust Allows you to reload the same reagent pack if you have attempted to load before scanning 2D barcode. Scan the TDEF barcode and then the pack will load When you select the unlock button, the system will open the cover faster When a cuvette jam is detected an error is produced which can now prevent the samples from being routed that analyzer. This means that less samples need to be rerouted manually when it does resume and any samples which were in the in process queue will be handled automatically Note: Select the X at the top of the page to return back to the course CH Reliability For GLUH_3 assay, the mix speeds for the sample and R2 additions have been reduced When operator accidentally selects operators diagnostics during startup a restart no longer required to recover CH Dilution Aspiration Retry after a dilution aspiration LLS error. In the case of an Insufficient sample error (displayed both in sample list screen and work list) the system will retry a single attempt on the same order Aspirating Whole Blood on the CH Analyzer - The new sequence will have an extra rinse with CH Clean after every whole blood replicate reducing possibilities of clogging for when running a high volume of whole blood samples Note: Select the X at the top of the page to return back to the course Disclaimer Please note that the learning material is for training purposes only!
