Changing the IMT Peristaltic Tubing on the Atellica® CH Analyzer Video Version 1.25 and Below

To change the tubing, the system must be set to diagnostic state. This can be done by selecting system in the command bar. Next, select operator diagnostics. Select the chemistry module icon. Select enter diagnostics. Select yes in subsystems select IMT. Select replacing the IMT peristaltic pump tubing. Select perform select Yes, wait for the analyzer to prepare for maintenance. Next, open the front cover of the analyzer. The pump is located to the left of the lamp coolant container behind the IMT fluids. Lift the peristaltic pump cover and pull out the tubing from the V channel. Unscrew the tubing from both ends and discard the tubing per laboratory protocol. Attached the new tubing by screwing in each end one at a time. When secure the nob clicks. Place the tubing in the V channel. Close the pump cover. And close the analyzer front cover. To exit diagnostics, select continue in the software. Next, select close. Select exit diagnostics. Finally, select yes. To complete the procedure, select the maintenance tab in the Command bar, select schedule. So like the chemistry module from the dropdown menu. Select replacing the IMT peristaltic pump tubing in the software mark I empty peristaltic pump tubing replacement as completed. After the tubing is changed perform and IMT calibration manually to complete the procedure to perform and I empty calibration. Select the calibration tab in the software. Next, select EMT calibration. Finally select calibrate EMT.
