Checking and Filling the Lamp Coolant on the Atellica® CH Analyzer Video Version 1.25 and Below

This video will show you the steps on how to check and refill the lab coolant on the atellica solution Ch Analyzer. The Ch lamp coolant must be checked and refilled once a week to access the lamp coolant reservoir. The system must be set to diagnostic state. This can be done by selecting system on the command bar. Next, select operator diagnostics. Select the Ch module. Select enter diagnostics. Select yes in subsystems, select lamp. Select checking the lamp coolant. Select perform. Select yes, wait for the analyzer to prepare for maintenance. Open the front cover of the analyzer. The cover automatically unlocks after the analyzer has prepared for maintenance. Check the level of the coolant in the reservoir by viewing from the right side. If the coolant is not visible, it needs to be refilled. The box for the lamp coolant contains a bottle of lamp coolant and a spigot to allow for easier pouring. Remove the cap from the lamp, coolant bottle and attached the spigot. Unscrew the small screw cap on the top of the lap coolant reservoir and set aside. Using the spout on the lab coolant bottle, squeeze coolant into the reservoir until the fluid level is approximately 1 to 2 centimeters from the lab coolant reservoir cover. Once you have refilled the reservoir with enough coolant, replace the small screw cap on the reservoir and tighten until secure. Close the cover to the chemistry analyzer. To exit diagnostics, select continue in the software. Next select close. Select exit diagnostics. Finally, select yes. To complete the procedure, select the maintenance tab in the command bar. Select schedule. Select the chemistry module from the dropdown menu. Select checking the lab coolant in the software. Finally, mark checking the lamp coolant as completed.
