Cleaning the Atellica® CH Analyzer Reagent Loader Video Version 1.25 and Below

This video provides instructions on how to perform the as needed maintenance task of cleaning the reagent loader on the Atellica® CH Analyzer.

video will show you the steps to perform the as needed maintenance task of cleaning the atellica Chemistry Analyzer reagent loader area. To clean the reagent loader, the system needs to be put into diagnostic state. This can be done by selecting system in the command bar. Next select operator Diagnostics, select the chemistry module icon. Select enter diagnostics. Select yes in subsystems, select inspect and clean. Select cleaning the reagent loader. Select perform. Select yes, wait for the analyzer to prepare for maintenance. The covers unlock automatically open the Chemistry analyzer front cover. Next, wipe the interior of the reagent load station with gauze saturated in 10% bleach solution. Wipe the station with gauze saturated with special reagent water. Dry the station with gauze. Close the front cover. To exit diagnostics, select continue in the software. Next select close. Select exit diagnostics. Select yes to complete the procedure. Select the maintenance tab. Select schedule. Select chemistry module in the dropdown menu. Select clean the reagent loader. Finally, select the Marcus completed button on the right hand side of the screen.
