Cleaning the Washer Probes on the Atellica® CH Analyzer Video Version 1.25 and Below

Chemistry Analyzer has two sets of washer probes that need to be cleaned on an as needed basis to clean the washer probes. The system needs to be put into diagnostic state. This can be done by selecting system in the command bar. Next select operator Diagnostics, select the chemistry module icon, Select enter Diagnostics, select yes. In subsystems, select inspect and clean. Select cleaning the washer probes. Select perform. Select yes, wait for the analyzer to prepare for maintenance. The covers automatically unlock. Open the back cover of the Ch module. One set of washer probes cleans the reaction cuvettes and one set cleans the dilution cubits. To protect the queue vets from debris cover the queue vets with a paper towel. Clean the washer probes by wiping with a tissue dampened with special reagent water. Remove the paper towel. Close the back cover of the system. To exit diagnostics, select continue in the software. Next, select close. Select exit diagnostics. Select yes select the maintenance tab so like schedule. Select the chemistry module in the dropdown menu. Select cleaning the washer probes to complete the procedure, select the mark as completed button on the right hand side of the screen.
