Creating a SaveLog – Numaris X Creating a SaveLog The Customer Care Center (CCC) or your Customer Service Engineer (CSE) may ask you to create a SaveLog on your MR system. A savelog is performed to capture data from the scanner that can be used later to evaluate or assess the MR system’s functionality.  Hints  Perform the SaveLog at the time of error or incident, prior to restarting the system.  Avoid performing any other operations on your scanner when performing a Savelog. 1. Home screen, upper right-hand corner, hover over Cogwheel Icon  Select “SaveLog” Meduser ? Configuration Panel Administration Portal Remote Access Remote Assistance SaveLog 2. Create SaveLog window  Your Name – Enter Facility name  Describe the error or your observation – enter Description of error/observation  Attach Screenshots – checkbox to include screenshots into the SaveLog file  Select OK Create SaveLog Your Name Describe the error or your observation Screenshots Screenshots may contain patient data.
