Creating the ranges. Which segment creates what ranges? Each MPR segment has the potential to create two different sets of ranges, i.e. Axial segment can create Sagittal and Coronal ranges, Sagittal segment can create Axial and Coronal ranges, and Coronal segment can create Axial and Sagittal ranges. Pay attention to the viewing direction arrows and orientation labels to determine type of range being created. These reference lines can be resized, rotated, and moved as a group. Rotating the lines 90 degrees will easily set up the reference lines for the second set of ranges to be created.
