Drawing ROIs on a Cardiac Amyloid Study in Flexible Display All Symbia Scanners (VB2x and Prior Versions) Description: This job aid will assist the user in drawing regions of interest on a cardiac amyloid study in Flexible Display to quantify myocardial to contralateral lung ratio of uptake. Drawing Regions of Interest in Flexible Display 1. After all images have been acquired, select the Flexible Display activity from the Workflow Navigator on the left side of your screen. Flexible Display 2. Select the ROI Tool drop down (arrow to the right) and choose Ellipse. XY Ellipse Isocontour Polygon Rectangle 3. On the anterior view, left click and drag to draw a circular region over the heart. Left click the Split Function Tool (right of the ROI Tool) XY c.
