DTI Tractography - Neuro 3D (MR) A to E-line syngo DTI (Diffusion Tensor Imaging) Tractography uses anisotropic diffusion to graphically display diffusion tracts. When evaluating the diffusion data, 3D visualiza- tion of specific white matter tracts is possible. 1. From the Patient Bowser > select a 3D Anatomical series (e.g., MPRage Applications Transfer or SPACE) Report Open Report Tools a.
