FLC: Exam Manager Opens with Patient Selection XPRF When selecting a patient from the worklist if the “Exam Manager” opens, with a triangle displayed beside the exam name, a RIS mismatch has occurred. To address the mismatch and move forward with the exam, follow the below steps. 1. Highlight the “Exam” (with the triangle next to the name) on the right within the “Exam Manager”. In this example, “Pelvis 2 View Standing”. From list of examinations, select “Exam” that best fits your needs. In this example the ap- propriate replacement exam from the “Available Exams” list is “Pelvis 2 Views”. 4. Select “Add” or “Replace” in the middle of the “Exam Manager” a. “Add” will keep the original Exam and then place the newly chosen Exam below it. b. “Replace” will remove the selected Exam on the right side and place the newly cho- sen Exam in its place. c. Repeat the above for all Exams that displayed with the triangle next to the name.
