Mark the patient and move table out to prep patient for the procedure. Step 8: Place sterile cover on tablet and on RSC (depending on workflow). Press start button (RSC, control box, foot pedal) to initiate scan. Center image is displayed in larger segment and remains the target position. If a different thumbnail is selected (feet, head), it becomes the new target position. Before next scan, press move button and table will move to that new location and i-sequence scan will be centered there when start button is pressed. Continue scanning or finalize intervention Finalizo GO Hints: Gantry can be tilted during exam by graphically tilting the scan range box on the topogram image. If the user requires additional space in the bore for adjusting needles, they can lower the table height using the down arrow on the RSC. The table will adjust and maintain the same table position. Parameters can be changed by selecting the corresponding icon. Window changes are applied immediately. Scan parameter changes will apply to the next i-sequence scan after Go button is pressed to confirm changes. VA20 Effective Date: 8/22/2019 | HOOD05162003030412 Latest scan is always displayed and selecting the up and down arrows will access previous scans. 5 Feet Center Head Keep in mind that the scan start button will be flashing green regardless of where the patient is because the i-sequence mode stays loaded and can scan at any table position. To move the patient into the position that is shown within the large segment (target position), hold the “move” button. NOTE: The move button will be lit up and static (not blinking like in other workflows). Once you reach the position of the large segment, the move button will become inactive and dimmed on the RSC. If during the procedure you need to go back to the planning spiral series, select double arrow button. Here you can view original measurements, make new measurements, or scroll through planning series and set a new target position.
