SIEMENS Healthineers Siemens Healthcare Workforce Development Series for Executives The Healthcare Workforce Development Series is a personalized approach to staff development that uses innovative, interactive formats to help your staff implement new techniques to effectively thrive and drive the highest quality of patient care. The series includes workshops for three different audiences: your frontline staff, your managers, and your executives. Held at your location, the workshops begin with a series of pre- assessments so we can truly personalize the content to your staff’s—and your organization’s—exact needs. Work of Leaders Unlike other leadership workshops, Work of Leaders brings your executives together to create and communicate a shared vision across your organization. In this 8-hour workshop, participants will learn how challenges in the healthcare environment drive change in patient experiences. They will also discover their DiSC® leadership profile and how to apply this to overcoming challenges and obstacles. Participants will discover how their own leadership style and priorities impact their role as a leader. They will explore steps to effectively craft a vision. There will be discussions regarding vision at the organizational level. This workshop focuses on the importance of communication, specifically clarity, dialogue, and inspiration, to ensure employee buy-in to exhibit behaviors required by the institution’s vision. Participants will learn how momentum, structure and feedback are critical to executing change. Through this workshop, executives can expect to: Learn about the DiSC® model and how it informs the role of leader. • Discover their leadership style and priorities on the Everything DiSC® Leadership Map. • Learn about the Everything DiSC Work of Leaders® process and SWOT analysis. • Understand the behaviors that characterize each driver of crafting a vision, alignment and execution • and how they may impact a leader’s effectiveness. • Discover how they approach each driver.
