Luminos TF/mFD: Detector Calibration

Luminos TF/mFD: Detector Calibration Radiography 1. Detector calibration needs to be performed every 365 days or when the Detector Calibration icon is displayed in the upper right corner of the monitor. 2. From the main Patient tab, select the Settings subtask Pateet Sonnge card. 3. Click on the User Settings icon, then click on the Flat Detector Info tab. - 4. Select Calibrate. Set the SID at 200 cm (place the detec- tor on the floor). Make sure there is nothing in the x-ray beam and collimate to the edges of the detector. The kV will be automatically set. 5. Once the parameters are set, click the OK icon. V 6. When the system is ready to begin, the Calibration win- Ready to start dow will indicate it is ready for an exposure. A total of 4 calibration. Please expose exposures are required for a calibration. 7. Calibration is finished when the message “mFD calibrat- ed successfully” appears. Click the OK icon.
