MAMMOMAT Revelation Superficial Lesions 1. Open a Biopsy procedure 2. Perform Scout image 3. Check Reference Point accuracy and place target 4. If the target is too superficial, a dialogue box will display: WH AWS The identified target is located close to the skin line. The target can be reached with the middle of the aperture, however a part of the aperture might jut out the skin line. Press 'yes' if you want to proceed with the target in the middle of the aperture. Press 'no' if you want to proceed with the target at the distal edge of the aperture (the needle will be inserted deeper). Press 'cancel' if you want to select another needle. Yes No Cancel 5. You have 2 options: a. If the breast is thick enough, you can push the needle deeper so the aperature is covered b.
