Masking an Image Using Series Reformat Description: The purpose of this step by step is to aid you in creating masks over areas in an image. 1400 Effective Date: 12/07/2016 1. Select the desired series from the MI Apps Patient Browser and launch the Series Reformat workflow. The workflow will automatically open to the Series Reformat activity. 2. Adjust windowing of the images to clearly visualize the area to mask. 3. All frames are deliniated with a red box. Select the image you would like to mask and click the ROI Tool button.
