Three main areas: MI Apps Patient Browser, Workflow Template Browser and the Workflow Manager Shows all the patients and studies in your databse 3 Levels of syngo Patient Study Series Select patient and double-click the workflow Activities are listed on left side of the screen Orange check indicates completed activity Orange arrow indicates running activity It is possible to make changes to the activities. Resumes a paused workflow Temporarily stops a workflow in the running state Removes it from the computer's memory Temporarily stops the workflow in running state Not in suspended state, so utilizing memory Activity is completed Activity is in the active state Action must be performed for a workflow to continue Move cursor over the icon to display the tool tip Click the MIN icon to go to the page.     Workflow is stopped at the activity Highlighted and available when all activities in the workflow are finished. Closes running workflow Performs automatic functions selected in Completion Setup. Step 4HTMLTo save the workflow template as the same name, pull down menu item Template and select Save Workflow Template. This will overwrite the previous parameters. Step 5HTMLTo save the workflow as a new template, select Save Workflow Template As Step 6HTMLThe New Workflow window appears. In the Workflow Name field, type in a desired name for the workflow. Step 7HTMLEnter a description of the workflow in the Workflow Description field. Step 8HTMLSelect a desired category for the workflow from the Category pull down menu. Step 9HTMLTo add a new category, select the CONFIGURE selection at the bottom of the menu. Step 10HTMLEnter the name of the category in the New Entry field and click the button Add. Step 11HTMLUsing the Move Up or Move Down buttons, you can adjust the position of the category in the list. Step 12HTMLSelect an icon from the Workflow Icon list. A stands for Acquisition, P stands for Processing. A and P stands for Acquisition and Processing. syngo® MI Apps is the workstation application used in Siemens SPECT and SPECT·CT scanners. This tutorial is designed for the new user of syngo MI Apps. This is the first module of this series, titled syngo® MI Apps Overview. Topics that are covered in this module are: Steps to control the system power The configurations available for your workstation The Command Module The Workflow concept and navigation Workflow activities How to modify and save Workflow templates. Options -> End Session Restart System Pull down Options -> End Session -> OK CD in Media Drive? The system will prompt you to force a shutdown System counts down during shutdown Screen becomes blank when system is off. Locate Workflow Templates on the Workstation Can be viewed in Icon View or Detail View Right click on Workflow Template Browser area to toggle. Deleting a Template: Right click and Delete Template Refresh button to see added templates Select Category to only see workflows assigned to that category Lists Workflows currently in use Green is running Red is Suspended Yellow is Pending Predefined program that consists of tasks, or activities. Typical Workflow: Acquisition, Processing, Display and Hard Copy Activities. Activities contain settings that can be saved and used in other workflows. Workflow template: Sequence of activities saved on the workstation Launched with patient data to perform a workflow Standardized workflow templates provided. Customized workflows can be created and saved Overview Number of activities connected together Pass image data between each other to perform the task. Each activity has 1 input and 1 output.
