This Job Aid provides workflow to add a Spectral peak to a theoretical Spectrum and save it as a customer protocol.

MR Spectroscopy Peak Editor Numaris X – Job Aid MR Spectroscopy Peak Editor – Numaris Job Aid If the Spectrum shows a peak that is not included in the theoretical Spectrum (e.g., Lactate peak), the peak can be added, the curve fit recalcuated and a customer protocol saved with the peak added. 1. Open Patient Browser 2. Select MR Spectroscopy (SVS or CSI) Dataset a. Right Mouse Assign > MR Spectro Workflow i.
