MULTIX Impact: Archiving Images to PACS Video

This video will illustrate how to send images for archiving on the packs. At least one send or archive destination needs to be configured in DICOM properties. In the service tab you can configure automatic sending and archiving of images. The accepted images will be sent automatically to the configured sending an archiving nodes after the study is closed. You can perform archiving manually in patient mode or view mode in patient mode under the exam. In patients list, select the studies and or images you want to send to archive. Click this icon in patient mode, select the target or multiple targets from the list. Click the DICOM dose report checkbox if necessary. A DICOM structured report will be generated and sent with the image. Then click the SC image checkbox if needed, the exam protocol will be generated as a DICOM secondary capture image and will be sent with the image. Click send. The studies and images are then sent to the selected target in the background. In view mode, images have been prepared and marked for sending and archiving. In the Sandbox, select a target in the list, check the DICOM, dose report and or see image box if necessary. Click this icon. The studies and images are then sent to the selected target in the background. During transfer, an icon displayed in the bottom left indicates the running transfer process. You can click this icon in the status bar to check the job status.
