MULTIX Impact Backing Up the OGP Database Job Aid

This job aid will help to guide end users through the steps of backing up the
OGP Database on the Impact system.

MULTIX Impact: Backing up the OGP Database XPRF The following guide can be used to backup the OGP database to the system and an external USB. *** It is recommended to perform a backup to the system and to a USB drive after making changes to the database. This will ensure that you always have the latest copy of the database. 1.) Log in to the system as User with access to the Service Tab. 2.) Select the Service tab. Select the Backup Icon under the Configuration Tab . The Save As window pops up. Select the USB drive (in this case the F:) and select Save. The new backup will be stored on the USB drive.
