MULTIX Impact C & VA20: Patient Registration

This video will cover the proper steps to register a patient on the system.

This video will explain both manual and emergency registration procedures on the imaging station. If the system is not connected to the hiss or risk, you must manually register the patient to be examined. Registration is necessary before acquisition can begin to create a new patient entry. Click this icon in the pre registered patient tab, enter all the relevant data. Mandatory fields are indicated by asterisks. The figure in the procedure information dialog box will change automatically to adult or pediatric based on the age that is entered. Then click the body part in the figure to be examined. If you select often used the preset regularly used procedures will display in the procedure box. Double click the target procedure or procedures in the procedure dialog box. The organ program linked to the procedure will display in the OGP List dialog box. To register the patient and examine later, select preregister to clear the existing patient data. Click clear to examine the patient immediately. Select examination. In the case of an emergency, you can perform a faster registration and enter the personal data of the patient later. If you do not have a user account for this system, click emergency on the login screen. A new study for the emergency patient is registered. The name of the emergency patient is set to ER underscore current, date and time. Select the desired procedure and organ program to be performed. Click OK. Note that later on you can enter the missing personal data of the patient.
