MULTIX Impact: Login and Passwords XPRF  There are several default “User Names” that can be accessed via the drop down. To Log onto the system for the first time, use either “Tech” or “Mgr” for the “User Name”.  The default password for both “Tech” and “Mgr” (for the first log on only) is “123”. User Name Password IS_Auditor Siemens IS_Administrator Tech Mgr  After selecting either the “Tech” or “Mgr” and using the password of “123”, the system will prompt for a new password to be set. o Be sure to note the new password. Change your password You have to change your password User Name Tech New Password Confirm password The password must be at least 8 characters long containing: 1 uppercase 1 lowercase 1 numeric(0-9) 1 non alpha-numeric(e.g, !,#,$,%) The new password must differ from the previous 3 passwords. Change Log Off SIEMENS siemens.com/healthineers Healthineers Job Aid | Login and Passwords Effective Date: 10/08/2019 | Quality HOOD05162003043940  After three attempts of logging in with the incorrect password, the current “User Name” will be locked out and require a password reset via the “IS_Administrator” login. o The number of attempts before “lock out” can be set in “Service” under the “IS_Administrator” login, if desired.  The “IS_Administrator” login is used for resetting passwords and creating new users. o New “Users” can be created for each Technologist if desired. o If locked out of the “IS_Administrator” login, contact the Customer Care Center for assistance (800-888-7436).  The default “User Names” are o Tech – used for staff to perform patient exams o Mgr – used for staff to perform patient exams o Siemens – Siemens Employee log in, not for clinical use by customers. o IS_Administrator – Used to add/modify/reset “User” passwords. o IS Auditor – Used for Audi Trail  To see the current “User” logged onto a system look at the bottom for the “User” name.  To Log out or change “Users” select the “Key” image at the bottom of the screen.
