This job aid will aid the user in maximizing visualization of a neuro stent utilizing interactive reconstructions. 

Neuro Stent Visualization (VD1xx-VD2xx) Job Aid Advanced Therapies – Application Software VD1xx to VD2xx. **There is an additional job aid available on PEPconnect to determine SW version of the system. 1. Perform a DynaCT Head spin with diluted contrast. The images will automatically transfer to the 4D taskcard. 2. Select the Reconstruction menu and click on Interactive… (Interactive Reconstruction) Reconstruction Show Refine Volume Interactive 3. The Interactive Reconstruction box will display. 20.01.21 Interactive Reconstruction x Define job list, Jobs, parameters, and series name Start Interactive 3D reconstruction. Change VOI Size to Small and determine the area to be reconstructed with Define VOI. 5. Define VOI can be done in 2D or 3D view. a. 3D View (shown) - After changing the VOI size to SMALL, center the green box over the area of interest. Be sure to visualize in both AP and Lateral by ro- tating volume or using Orientation Block/Orientation menu to confirm area of interest remains in VOI box in all orientations. b. 2D View - After changing the VOI size to SMALL, center the green box over the area of interest in both AP and Lateral (upper and lower) segments. Use the image play buttons, at the bottom of the Interactive Reconstruction box, to make sure the area of interest stays in the center of the green box. 6. Change the Image Characteristics to Sharp. nteractive Reconstruction ? X Define job list, jobs, parameters, and series name. Start interactive 3D reconstruction. Select the reconstruction icon and the new reconstruction will automatically display in the 4D taskcard. Note: If the area of interest is not centered or cutoff, re-open the Interactive Reconstruction box (see Step 2) and adjust the area of interest by re-centering the green box over the stent (see Steps 5a and 5b). 8. After the newly created reconstruction loads into 4D taskcard, right click on an MPR im- age.
