occur and how to resolve them.

Omnia MAX: Trouble Shooting Guide XP Error Code Notifications on Exam Room Monitor A If desired table movements or general imaging functions do not occur as expected during system operation look at the following to resolve. • Check the table’s left-side Montior A in the exam room to see if there is a descriptive Error Code notification will appear in the bottom-right corner of Monitor A as well as at the control station monitor. o There will be a descriptive reason for why the operation is not functioning, upon which corrective actions may be taken. T A small pop-up Error Code notification would appear in the bottom-right corner of the table's left-side Monitor A Omnia MAX system will not turn on or boot up, Or the table will not move after boot-up • Check the 3 red Emergency Stop Buttons (ESB) are not depressed inward – especially the Emergency Stop button on the open-side of the bed below the table top. o To deactivate any Emergency Stop Button, turn the depressed button one- quarter turn to the right or clockwise. Note: DO NOT use any Emergency Stop button as the system’s normal “ON & OFF” function! Only use this function for Patient Emergencies! • Make sure the on-site main switch (or circuit breaker) providing the line power for the system is switched on. May be found on the wall in the control room to the left of the system Tech station. • Press the ON button again on the control panel in the control room. QP X-Ray Tube In / Out button on hand control There is no endoscopic or ultrasound imaging on the table’s right-side Monitor B • Depress the Endo Cam (Reference) button on any hand control until the active imaging appears. • The Physician can depress the top-centeral blue golf-ball button labeled Video on the foot switch until the active imaging appears. REF 0.00 Endo Cam (Reference) button on hand control Siemens Healthineers Services Page 2 of 4 Job Aid | Omnia Trouble Shooting Guide Effective Date: 10/01/2018 | Quality HOOD05162002955153 The table will not tilt head-down or foot-down • The “forearm” boom supporting the table’s dual-monitor frame is too close to the X-ray tube and may cause a collision upon table tilt. • Move the monitor frame just an inch or two further away from the X-ray tube.
