Pediatric 16 Coil Numaris X Job Aid Pediatric 16 Coil – Numaris X The Pediatric 16 Coil is used for neonates and infants to produce diagnostic images of the head and neck. The inner diameter of the Pediatric 16 has been adjusted to the dimensions of a neonate or infant head. 1. Coil Components – 2 Main Parts a. Head Coil b. Infant Cradle – infant cradle is used especially for positioning neonates. i.
