Filter the Sample LogHTML The Patient Sample Log can be filtered as needed to view: Validated samples Validated sample with critical results (Blood Gas only) Validated samples with Mark Positive results (Urinalysis only) Invalid samples Reviewed Status - All, Reviewed or Not Reviewed View a Patient SampleHTML To view or edit a specific patient sample, select the sample and click View. Note that for a Urinalysis or Diabetes samples, double-clicking a sample displays read only details for the sample in a new Results window. Review ResultsHTML Review results on the Validate Patient Sample window. When review is complete, select the Cancel button. For Blood Gas results, reports for individual sample results can be printed allowing critical results to be sent to the appropriate doctor. Print a ReportHTML Reports from the Patient Sample Log window can be printed for blood gas, diabetes and urinalysis results for a specified date range from individual or multiple devices and locations. To print a report, use the navigational tree and specify the date range to display the desired samples. Select the Print button, specify the printer and select OK. Note: Custom reports can be created by selecting the Print Preview button and then selecting the Design Mode icon.   When complete, select the X in the upper-right corner to close the window and continue. Select SampleHTML Select a sample from the list in the QC Sample Analysis window and then select the Analyze button. Change StatusHTML The Analyze QC Results window opens. To change the status of the QC sample, select the Status drop-down menu. Select Accepted to include the results in QC statistics, display them in QC charts, and use them to verify QC compliance of subsequent results. Select Rejected to exclude the results from QC statistics and verification of compliance, but display them in QC charts.  Select Discarded to exclude the results from the QC statistics, verification of QC compliance, and QC charts. Enter the Operator IDHTML If necessary, enter the Operator ID. Identify QC MaterialHTML Select the Identify button to choose the appropriate QC material. Add CommentsHTML Comments for QC can be entered in the Comments box or the Select button can be used to choose a predefined comment.  The program will add the date, time, and user to the comment. Select OKHTML   To save any changes made to the Analyze QC Results window, select OK. When complete, select the X in the upper-right corner to close the window and continue.
