RAPIDPoint® 500e Blood Gas System Removing and Reinstalling an AQC Cartridge

View this video before you begin to replace the automatic QC cartridge. Select system button. Select automatic cartridge button. Select replace button. Select yes to replace the automatic cartridge. Open the automatic QC cartridge connector by pushing in and then sliding the connector to the right. Wait for the cartridge to release. Remove the cartridge. If you're reinstalling the same automatic cartridge, turn the cartridge around to check that the black valve lever is properly aligned between the arrows. Reinsert the automatic cartridge into the system, then push firmly on the Rays dot until you hear the cartridge lock in place. Slide the automatic QC cartridge connector to the left to close it. The wait screen appears while the system prepares the cartridge. The analysis screen appears when complete. The installation is complete. Play the video again if you need help replacing the automatic cartridge.
