Replacing Sensors Video
This video provides instructions on how to properly replace the sensors on your RAPIDLab® 1200 System, including how to discharge the static build up on the instrument prior to removing the sensors.
View the following video before you begin. When it is finished, replace the sensors. Open the front cover. Open the measurement module door. Touch the inner surface of the module frame to discharge static buildup. Push the spring loaded latch to the right. Remove the test blank sensors. Get the glucose and lactate biosensors. Check the orings are in place. Align the sensor Contacts with the Contacts in the module. Snap the body of the sensor down into place. Check that all sensors are seated in place. Press the tab on the spring loaded latch. Ensure that both latches are locked in place. Close the measurement module door. Close the front cover and touch the continue button. The video is finished. Play the video again if you need help while replacing the sensors.
