Possible causes include: • Reconstitution issues • Calibrators stored on the SH are expired • Old calibrator material is pooled with fresh, unused calibrator material • Calibrator material loaded and processed on system before coming to room temperature • Mislabeled calibrator tubes • Reagent packs are stored at room temperature or in direct light for a prolonged period • Reagent evaporation or spill because of loss or torn pack seal • Analyzer displays autocheck failures or system events 1 Refer to Online Help reference for the corrective actions to associated issues above.
