Atellica® IM Analyzer SIEMENS Healthineers Resolving Reagent Loader Jams Job Aid 3 Issue: Reagent Loader Offline / Jams (Reagent Loader Offline/Path Obstructions) Description: The Reagent Loader can go offline for several reasons, including Motion Errors, Reagent Pack jams, etc. Online Help Reference: Removing IM Reagent Loader Path Obstructions Troubleshooting Steps: 1. Pause the IM analyzer and wait for processing tests to complete 2. Unlock and open the back cover, and manually remove any reagent loader path obstructions 3. Ensure the reagent probes are clear of the reagent compartment shutter. If not, manually move the probes to the right over the probe rinse stations while avoiding pushing on the probe tips 4. Open the reagent compartment shutter and ensure there are no packs tilted over or laying flat. If appropriate, remove these packs from the reagent compartment 5. Close the reagent compartment shutter and the back cover 6. To re-initialize the latch and tray, on the Command bar, navigate to Inventory > Reagent Overview 4 and select Resume Work 7. Ensure all loader path obstructions are cleared and select Yes 8.
