Atellica® IM Analyzer SIEMENS Healthineers Resolving Sample Tip Loader Jams Job Aid Issue: Sample Tip Tray Loader Jams Description: Tip Tray is jammed somewhere within the Tip Loader mechanism - usually at the staging area or while ejecting to the waste. Online Help Reference: Manually Removing IM Sample Tip Trays Troubleshooting Steps: 1. Ensure the analyzer is in the Stopped state 2. Unlock and open the IM Analyzer front cover, then lift up and open the IM tip tray loader cover 3. Manually lift up the jammed tip tray to remove it 4. Close the IM tip tray loader cover and front cover 5. To resume the analyzer, navigate to the System Status screen for the analyzer and select • A new tray will load during start-up 6. If problem persists, check Tip Tray Waste and Tip Tray Storage areas for other potential jams and remove manually 7.
