Siemens partnered with the U.S. President's Emergency Plan for AIDS Relief (PEPFAR) and the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention to help sub-Saharan Africa fight HIV/AIDS. The Rapid HIV Testing Continuous Quality Improvement (RT-CQI) Competency Assessment is intended to assess the competence of individuals performing HIV rapid testing and their knowledge of the quality related issues.
