Segmentation for Tissue Volume (VC21-VD2xx) Job Aid Advanced Therapies - Application Software VC21 to VD2xx. **There is an additional job aid available on PEPconnect to determine SW version of the system. XA, CT, MR, or PET volumes can be used with Segmentation. Stroke based segmentation is optimized for (soft tissue) XA data sets, i.e. 3D volumes acquired on Artis systems, and for CT/MR scans only. However, stroke based segmentation can be performed on any volume that can be loaded into the 4D task card. 1. Perform a DynaCT spin or load a previously acquired dataset into the 4D Taskcard. After the segmentation is performed and all sculpting completed, the volume value of the segmentation result is calculated and can be displayed by selecting Properties in the context menu.
